About me.....

I started to experiment with food and cook properly from my mid-twenties. Over the years I have amassed nearly a hundred cookbooks and magazine recipes and while I have tried many, like most aspiring cooks I have not had the time to try enough of them. In 2013 I moved to Holland and here I find myself with much more time and a thirst to get cooking again and try different foods.
